General Information

BACK TO GUIDE INDEX

Here you’ll find practical information about practitioner qualifications, insurance, safety considerations, and how Reiki Flow Studio operates.

How do I know if my Reiki practitioner is qualified?

At Reiki Flow Studio, Jules is certificated as a Reiki Master from two schools and holds Reiki Teacher status with one school. He is an associate member of the UK Reiki Federation and is also a qualified first aider.

Are Reiki sessions covered by insurance?

Yes. Reiki Flow Studio is insured by Protectivity under their Therapist Insurance policy.

Do you perform Reiki on children or pregnant women?

While Reiki is generally considered safe and non-harmful, we choose not to perform Reiki on children or on women who are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant. This is a personal practice preference rather than a safety concern. We recommend that pregnant women and parents of children interested in Reiki consult their healthcare provider for suitable alternatives.

How do I provide feedback about my Reiki experience?

Your feedback is very welcome and can be shared directly with Jules, either verbally or in writing. This helps us understand your experience and make any appropriate adjustments to future sessions.

Do you use CCTV, and if so, why?

Yes. Reiki Flow Studio operates CCTV systems to protect staff, clients, and property. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and full details are available in our Privacy Policy and CCTV policy.

I see ESSCAPE LTD — what is that?

Reiki Flow Studio is a trading name of the parent company ESSCAPE LTD.
