Terms & Conditions — Reiki Flow Studio (Esscape Ltd)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern bookings, payments, vouchers, cancellations and participation in services delivered under the Reiki Flow Studio brand.
All services are provided and administered by Esscape Ltd.

By booking a session, purchasing a voucher, or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Service, Limitations, and Disclaimer

Reiki Flow Studio provides holistic, spiritual and energy-healing services.
These services are complementary and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

  • No guaranteed outcomes or results are promised or implied.

  • Reiki and energy work are subjective experiences and differ for each individual.

  • You must consult your GP, medical provider or therapist where appropriate.

  • Reiki Flow Studio practitioners are not healthcare professionals, and services are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent disease.

Esscape Ltd does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or claim to cure physical or mental illness.  

2. Eligibility & Practitioner Discretion

Esscape Ltd reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, including but not limited to:

  • intoxication or drug use,

  • aggressive or abusive behaviour,

  • emotional crisis requiring medical care,

  • unsuitable energetic or environmental conditions.

  • Reiki Flow Studio is not suitable for acute crisis or emergency psychological conditions.

  • Where a session is declined before commencement, a refund or rebooking will be offered.  If a session is discontinued after it has begun due to client behaviour or safety concerns, no refund will be issued.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

3.1 Confirmation of appointments

Appointments are only confirmed after full payment has been received.

Bookings made without payment are treated as provisional and may be released.

3.2 Payment methods

Payments may be made via:

  • approved booking platforms,

  • digital payment links,

  • vouchers issued by Esscape Ltd.

Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.  Prices may change without notice; bookings confirm the price at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Standard (non-voucher) bookings

  • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours prior → Full refund or rebook at no charge.

  • Same-day cancellations, missed sessions or no-shows → Non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

4.2 Practitioner rescheduling

If a session must be moved due to:

  • illness,

  • energetic considerations,

  • schedule conflicts,

  • force majeure,

You will be offered a new appointment time or full refund.

5. Voucher Terms

5.1 Description

Vouchers act as pre-paid credit redeemable for services delivered under the Reiki Flow Studio brand.

5.2 Delivery

Digital vouchers are emailed to the purchaser within 24 hours.

5.3 Redemption

Bookings must be made using the “Redeem Voucher” booking option.
Voucher codes are checked manually.

5.4 Validity

Unless otherwise specified, vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.  
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

5.5 Cancellation of voucher bookings

  • 24+ hours before session → Voucher is reactivated for rebooking.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows → Voucher is marked as redeemed.

5.6 Refunds

Voucher purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

No monetary refund will be issued for voucher bookings unless Esscape Ltd cancels the appointment.

5.7 Transferability

Vouchers may be transferred to another person.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Arrive at your appointment on time.

  • Provide accurate information about your physical and emotional state.

  • Refrain from alcohol and substance use before sessions.

  • By attending a session, you acknowledge that results of holistic energy therapies are subjective and not guaranteed.

  • Maintain respectful conduct at all times.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Esscape Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • indirect,

  • incidental,

  • emotional,

  • or consequential damages.

This includes missed appointments, dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes, or any claim that a session failed to achieve expected healing.

This clause does not exclude liability where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Session notes, communications and personal information are treated as confidential and are handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations.  See our Privacy Policy for details.

Personal information will not be shared unless required by law or medical emergency.

9. Changes to Terms

Esscape Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms.
Updated Terms apply to all bookings made after the change.
Clients who book sessions after such updates are deemed to accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled within UK jurisdiction.

Services are performed in the United Kingdom and governed accordingly.
