What can I say? Fantastic experience. Jules is the real deal. He spent time making an assessment of my wellbeing issues before starting the session. I felt I was given the opportunity to talk about any issues which I felt would benefit from Reiki healing. He explained every step of the process. He was very friendly and open with me which enabled me to ask any questions about Reiki or what I could expect. This was important to me as I have not had a lot of experience of this kind of therapy. Jules was extremely through in assessing and reenergizing all of my chakras, in addition to the reiki itself.

During the session, the room was very calming as he had peaceful music and a mood lighting projector which all helped me to really switch off from what was happening outside of the session. I felt some warming sensations during the session, and it certainly relaxed me. I have had some issues with aches and pains recently, being an older lady, and I felt they were improved after the session. I would thoroughly recommend Jules to anyone seeking reiki healing treatment.

At Reiki Flow Studio, Jules is certificated as a Reiki master from two schools (and Reiki teacher status with one school).  He is an associate member of the UK Reiki Federation, and he also is a qualified first aider.

Reiki Flow Studio is insured by Protectivity with their Therapist Insurance 

While Reiki is generally considered safe and does not cause harm, we prefer not to perform Reiki on children or women who are pregnant or suspect they might be pregnant. This is a personal practice preference rather than a safety concern. Reiki Sessions (Before, During and After)

It’s best to come to your session well-hydrated and in comfortable clothing. There’s no need for special preparation; simply be open to the experience.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You will remain fully clothed during the session, so choose attire that allows you to relax easily.

Feel free to communicate with Jules if you have any questions or concerns during the session. He is there to ensure your comfort and address any issues.

Falling asleep during a Reiki session is normal and not a problem. Your body is simply taking the opportunity to relax deeply. The benefits of the session still occur even if you’re asleep.
